As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for the organization, ensuring consistency in all digital marketing channels, and providing forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong digital presence. You should be able to set up, implement and manage the overall company’s digital marketing strategy.

Qualification

  • 4+ years of experience in the Civil Construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Administration, Operational Management, Business or a related field
  • Capable of managing and modifying websites.

Digital Marketing duties and responsibilities

  • Build and implement digital footprint initiatives and marketing roadmap
  • Liaise with various agencies for the successful implementation of cohesive digital strategies
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails and social media)
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Analytics
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
  • Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Build an inbound marketing plan
  • Forecast sales performance trends
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Optimize the campaigns regularly to improve performance
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals
